What Are N3 Meals?

Performance Based Meals

N3 Meals are Chef prepared meals that focus on putting Protein at the top of the macronutrient and calorie content. Meals are designed to deliver 35g-45g+ of high quality protein coming from sources such as Springer Mountain Chicken,  Black Angus beef, and all natural hormone free turkey. Our meals reflect delicious menu items you would see at your favorite restaurant in a healthier, convenient package.

About Us

Food. Fitness. Family.

N3 was established by the father and son duo Justin and Tano Phommasith. Together they have over 55 years of combined food service and restaurant experience. Justin is a Culinary graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago while also holding certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Tano is also a Culinary School graduate from Kendall College Chicago and holds multiple medals in the American Culinary Federation (ACF) South East cooking competitions. Tano and his wife, Cristi are the owner and founders of Little Hawaiian Seafood Grille and Tiki Lounge located in Carrollton, Ga.

"My first passion in life was cooking, it's so much more than a vital part of sustaining life. It's a feeling, an experience, or a memory. As a grew I also found a passion for fitness and exercise, another vital part of our existence. Energy in and energy out, to me that's food and fitness. My Dad and I wanted to create a positive experience with food to help people develop healthy habits. The world demands change, and it starts with what we eat and how we do it."

Store Policies

Delivery Orders & Pick-ups
  • All orders must be placed NO LATER THAN Wednesday of each week for Saturday Pick up or Delivery.

  • Orders must be placed online through N3meals.com- See daily Menu or Meal Plans

  • Special food needs and restrictions must be included in the "Additional Notes" section at check out. 

    • All meals are made from scratch and will be produced in a manner that best accommodates individual needs. ​

  • Pick-up orders can be received every Saturday between 10am-12pm.

  • Delivery option is currently available to- Atlanta, Peachtree City, Newnan, Sharpsburg, Tyrone, Fairburn, Chattahoochee Hills and Fayetteville.​

    • Delivery orders will be fulfilled in an order based on the distance or drive time, for most areas between 1pm-3pm. These times may be subject to change based on total volume of delivery orders.

    • A $10 delivery fee will be added at check out for all deliveries. Fees may increase depending on gas prices.

    • Depending on your delivery area, a minimum order is required.

Refunds and Cancellations
  • N3 Meals is not responsible for mishandling or spoilage after receiving your order.

    • Proper food storage, handling, and reheating instructions are provided for all "first time" orders.

  • Once meals are received, meals cannot be returned.

  • Cancellations must be made on or before Wednesday for the current order week.

  • Cancellations will incur a 5% service fee for refunds.

Our Food

 All meals produced by N3 will utilize local, eco-friendly, and seasonal ingredients based on availability and supply chain. We believe that food should be transparent and so should our processes.   • What comes with the Lifestyle Performance Plan?
    The Lifestyle Performance Plan comes with a 3 or 5 day option. 3 day plans will receive 9 meals. 5 Day plans will receive 15 meals. This plan provides meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals are "Chef Selected" meaning that it is a random assortment of available meals chosen by the Chef.
  • What comes with the Protein+ Performance Plan?
    The Protein+ Performance Plan has 3 or 5 day options. 3 Day plans come with 9 meals. 5 Day Plans come with 15 meals. This plan is different from the Lifestyle Performance Plan in that it only comes with the meals with the highest protein content. These meals are generally lunch and dinner options seen on the A La Carte Menu. All meals are "Chef Selected" meaning that it is a random assortment of available meals chosen by the Chef.
  • Why isn't my order available for delivery?
    Delivery range is limited to specific areas at this time. For further delivery inquiries please email chefjustin@n3meals.com
  • What can I order if I have dietary restrictions?
    Each menu item has an icon underneath the photo. All icons represent different notes such as... - Gluten Free - Vegetarian - Vegan - Spicy - Hover your cursor over the icon to see if any of those needs have been met. You can always include further details at checkout in the "notes" section.
  • How do I reheat my meals?
    Each meal is in a microwave safe container. Place the meal with the lid on and slightly opened into microwave for minimum 90 seconds or until desired temperature is reached. Some meals may require more time than others, we recommend, adding 15-30 second increments of additional time until food is hot. *Some meals have additional components such as sauces or sides within the meals. Please check the contents of the meal before heating. *Containers are NOT oven safe
  • What time will my N3 Meals be delivered?
    When selecting the "delivery" option you will be given a time frame that your orders will be delivered in. Orders are generally fulfilled in an order that best fits travel routes. Chef Justin will reach out to all orders placed under the delivery option.
  • What time can I pick up my N3 Meals?
    Pick up is available between 10am and 12pm every Saturday (Subject to change) Location: 809 Cedar St. Carrollton, GA 30116 *Inside the same building as Little Hawaiian- Look for the side door with green N3 Meals sign.
  • Where do I pick up my N3 Meals?
    Pick up is available between 12pm and 2pm every Sunday Location: 809 Cedar St. Carrollton, GA 30116 *Inside the same building as Little Hawaiian
  • How do I cancel an order?
    You can cancel your order by contacting Justin Phommasith on or before the Wednesday of your pick up or delivery date. Call- 770-833-7670 Email- chefjustin@n3meals.com
  • I prefer not to use a microwave, how do I heat my meal?
    Transfer contents of your meal to a oven safe container. Preheat cooking device to 350 degrees or put on reheat setting. Place food in your device and heat until desired temperature is reached, time will vary depending on type of device.
  • How do I place an order?
    Go to "Menu" or at the top of the page and select the icon. Scroll through breakfast, lunch, and dinner options and select "Add To Cart" under the desired item. When finished select "Checkout" and follow instructions to complete your order.
  • When is the order cut off?
    The order cut off is Wednesday by 11:59pm every week.
  • Are the containers oven safe?
    Our containers are only meant to be heated in the microwave. They are NOT oven safe.
  • How do I access my account?
    First, you must make sure you have created an account with N3 Meals. Select the icon in the top right corner of the home screen. - If you haven't created an account, select Sign Up With Facebook, Google, or email options. - If you have an account, look for "Already a member?" and log in with your credentials. - Once you log in, you can select the icon in the top right corner again and find links to all your account needs.
  • How Do I Utilize my N3 Loyalty Points?
    Go to the N3 Meals home page and click on the button at the top right that says- "N3 Loyalty Program". - If you are not yet a site member, sign up with a valid email and get 50 bonus points. - Once you sign up, go back to the "N3 Loyalty Program" page and select- "View Points". From there you can apply your points to your order.
